How long will it take to receive my gift?
The making of your gift typically takes 6 to 8 weeks from the receipt of your dogs hair. This is due to the different stages within the process. Delivery times depend on the option selected. Please bear in mind it is usual that I have a waiting list and you will be advised of an estimated completion time when your hair is received. Please consider these time scales if requesting a keepsake for a special occasion.
Where do you deliver to?
I am based in the U.K. and can deliver any where within the U.K. I can also deliver to the E.U. and U.S.A. subject to the prevailing delivery costs and times. Other territories can be considered subject to the relevant export rules.
How much hair do you need and will it be suitable?
The amounts needed in grams are indicated in my price guide. As the quality of hair from each breed varies and there is some wastage these are recommended amounts. If you cannot meet this recommended amount there is an option to have your hair blended to make up the required amount. I have not yet encountered hair from any particular breed that is not suitable subject to the recommended collection and storage.
